These disclosures apply to electronic transactions conducted via the Event Bridge website and apps.

Goods/Services & Pricing
- Description: Event ticketing, registration, promoter tools, and digital wallet services for events.
- Prices: Shown per event; include all mandatory fees and taxes. Any additional delivery, booking or payment-gateway fees are disclosed during checkout before payment.
- Currency: South African Rand (ZAR), unless indicated otherwise.
- Errors: We may cancel or rectify obvious pricing errors prior to dispatch/fulfilment.

- Payment methods: Card: Via Paystack, Ozow and Virtual Wallet™
- Secure payment: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; card data is tokenised and not stored by us.
- Invoice/record: An electronic confirmation/receipt is provided and retained by us for at least 5 years, subject to legal requirements.
Terms, Delivery & After-sales

- Delivery/fulfilment: Tickets are delivered digitally to the account/email immediately after successful payment unless otherwise stated.

Cooling-off (online sales)
- Where applicable under ECTA s44, consumers may have a 7-day cooling-off period for certain online purchases, subject to statutory exceptions (e.g., dated leisure services/tickets).
Note: Certain dated services such as accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services for a specific date/period are excluded from some ECTA cooling-off provisions.

How to Make a PAIA Request
- Complete the prescribed PAIA Form 02 (Access Request) in full.
- Provide sufficient detail to enable record identification and your identity.
- Attach proof of identity/authority (where applicable).
- Pay the prescribed request/access fee (if applicable).
- Submit to the Information Officer at paia@eventbridgeapp.co.za or by hand at our physical address during business hours.
We will acknowledge requests and respond within statutory timeframes unless extended per PAIA.

Fees & Forms
