Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign In / Up" button and choose "Don't have an account? Sign Up". You can register using your email address or google account, ensure to specify whether you are a customer or merchant, if you are a merchant then head over to The Merchant portal

Is Event Bridge free to use?

Event Bridge is free for attendees. Event organizers pay a small service fee depending on ticket sales and extra services requested like marketing.

What types of events can I create?

You can create any type of event - conferences, concerts, workshops, parties, sports events, virtual events, and more all from the palm of your hands.

Buying Tickets

How do I purchase tickets?

Browse events, select the event you would like to attend, choose your tickets, and complete the checkout process with your payment information and your tickets should be delivered to you in an instant.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay all made possible by our amazing partners at Paystack and Ozow.

Can I buy tickets without creating an account?

You can browse events without an account, but you need to create one to purchase tickets for security and ticket management purposes.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are delivered electronically to your email and stored in your Event Bridge account. You can access them at any time via our Android mobile app or website.

Event Management

How much does it cost to create an event?

Creating an event is free. Your fee structure will depend on volume of sales and any extra services requested by you.

When do I get paid for my ticket sales?

Payments are typically processed on the after your event concludes, minus our service fee ( booking R + payment gate R per transaction + payout R once off fee + statement R once off fee, VAT % )

Can I modify my event after publishing?

Yes, you can edit event details, but major changes (date, venue, price) may require attendee notification and consent.

How do I check in attendees at my event?

You can choose any of our checkin packages and we will handle everything or you can use our Event Bridge Merchant™ mobile app to scan QR codes on tickets.

Can I use Event Bridge on my mobile device?

Yes! Event Bridge works on all mobile browsers, and we also have a dedicated mobile app available for Android.

I can't find my tickets. Where are they?

Check your email for the confirmation, log into your account and go to "My Tickets", or check our mobile app.

Refunds & Cancellations

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Check the event page for specific refund terms.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, all attendees automatically receive full refunds within 5-10 business days.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, however you would need to use our official resale site for reselling tickets purchased on Event Bridge.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment processors, checkout Paystack's simulation of how their systems work to protect your financial information.

How do I report a suspicious event or seller?

Use the "Report" button on the event page or contact our support team immediately.

What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?
